A delicious side dish featuring brussels sprouts, crispy bacon, crunchy pecans, and sweet cranberries.
Ingredients

- 1 lb brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 4 slices of bacon, chopped
- 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, toss brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Spread brussels sprouts on a baking sheet.
- Scatter chopped bacon over the brussels sprouts.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, until brussels sprouts are tender and bacon is crispy.
- Remove from oven and stir in pecans and cranberries.
- Return to oven for an additional 5 minutes.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- Adjust the amount of bacon based on your preference.
- You can substitute walnuts for pecans if desired.
- Fresh cranberries can be used for a tart flavor.
