Description

A delicious side dish featuring brussels sprouts, crispy bacon, crunchy pecans, and sweet cranberries.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 4 slices of bacon, chopped
  • 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread brussels sprouts on a baking sheet.
  4. Scatter chopped bacon over the brussels sprouts.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until brussels sprouts are tender and bacon is crispy.
  6. Remove from oven and stir in pecans and cranberries.
  7. Return to oven for an additional 5 minutes.
  8. Serve warm.

Notes

  • Adjust the amount of bacon based on your preference.
  • You can substitute walnuts for pecans if desired.
