A delicious Brussels sprout side dish perfect for Thanksgiving.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread the Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet.
  4. Roast for 20-25 minutes until tender and browned.
  5. In the last 5 minutes, add minced garlic to the baking sheet.
  6. Remove from oven and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese before serving.
