A delicious Brussels sprout side dish perfect for Thanksgiving.
Ingredients

- 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet.
- Roast for 20-25 minutes until tender and browned.
- In the last 5 minutes, add minced garlic to the baking sheet.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese before serving.
Notes
- Adjust cooking time based on your oven.
- Feel free to add bacon for extra flavor.
- Serve warm for best taste.
