- 1 pound brussel sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, toss the brussel sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the brussel sprouts on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Roast in the oven for 20 minutes.
- Drizzle balsamic vinegar over the sprouts and toss to coat.
- Return to the oven for an additional 10 minutes.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese before serving.
Notes
- For a vegetarian option, omit the cheese.
- You can add chopped garlic for extra flavor.
