- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup fresh basil, chopped
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup cooked pasta (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, cherry tomatoes, basil, and mozzarella.
- Add balsamic vinegar, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- If using, stir in the cooked pasta.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until heated through and cheese is bubbly.
