Ingredients

- 1 box brownie mix
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups assorted fresh fruits (strawberries, blueberries, kiwi, etc.)
- 1/4 cup chocolate syrup
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare the brownie mix according to package instructions.
- Spread the brownie batter evenly on a pizza stone or baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let the brownie cool completely.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture over the cooled brownie.
- Arrange the fresh fruits on top of the cream cheese layer.
- Drizzle chocolate syrup over the fruits.
- Slice and serve chilled.
