Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and halve the baby potatoes.
- In a bowl, mix brown sugar, melted butter, cinnamon, and salt.
- Add potatoes to the mixture and toss until coated.
- Place potatoes in a baking dish and add water.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, stirring halfway through.
- Serve warm.
