A delicious brown sugar banana french toast casserole that is easy to make and perfect for breakfast or brunch.

			- 1 loaf of bread, cubed
 - 4 ripe bananas, sliced
 - 6 eggs
 - 2 cups milk
 - 1 cup brown sugar
 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
 - 1 teaspoon cinnamon
 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
 - 2 tablespoons butter, melted
 
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
 - In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, brown sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt.
 - Add the cubed bread and sliced bananas to the mixture. Stir gently to combine.
 - Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
 - Drizzle the melted butter over the top.
 - Bake for 45-50 minutes or until golden brown.
 - Let it cool slightly before serving.
 
Notes
- This casserole can be prepared the night before and baked in the morning.
 - Serve with maple syrup or whipped cream for added flavor.
 - Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
