- 1 medium butternut squash, peeled and cubed
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 6 fresh sage leaves
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss the butternut squash cubes with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the squash on a baking sheet and roast for 25-30 minutes until tender.
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions.
- In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat until it turns golden brown.
- Add the sage leaves to the browned butter and cook for an additional minute.
- Drain the pasta and add it to the skillet with the brown butter and sage.
- Add the roasted butternut squash and toss everything together.
- Serve with grated Parmesan cheese on top.
