Description

A fun and colorful dessert that resembles broken glass.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 box of flavored gelatin (any color)
  • 1 box of unflavored gelatin
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 2 cups cold water
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1/2 cup cold water

Instructions

  1. Dissolve the flavored gelatin in 2 cups of boiling water.
  2. Add 2 cups of cold water and stir well.
  3. Pour the gelatin into a 9×13 inch pan and refrigerate until firm.
  4. In a separate bowl, dissolve the unflavored gelatin in 1 cup of boiling water.
  5. Add 1/2 cup of cold water and the sweetened condensed milk. Mix well.
  6. Once the colored gelatin is firm, cut it into small cubes.
  7. Gently fold the colored cubes into the milk mixture.
  8. Pour the mixture back into the pan and refrigerate until set.
  9. Cut into squares and serve.

  • Feel free to use any flavor of gelatin.
