A refreshing and nutritious broccoli salad packed with flavors.
Ingredients

- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1/2 cup red onion, diced
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey
Instructions
- Wash and chop the broccoli into small florets.
- In a large bowl, combine broccoli, red onion, carrots, raisins, and sunflower seeds.
- In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, and honey until smooth.
- Pour dressing over the salad mixture and toss well.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less honey.
- Can be made a day in advance for better flavor.
