Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix the cooked rice, broccoli, cream of mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Stir in half of the shredded cheddar cheese.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
  5. Top with the remaining cheddar cheese.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until heated through and cheese is bubbly.

  • Feel free to add cooked chicken or ham for extra protein.
  • You can use fresh or frozen broccoli.
