Ingredients

- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Add broccoli and mushrooms, stir-fry for 5-7 minutes.
- Pour in soy sauce and mix well.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds, salt, and pepper.
- Cook for an additional 2 minutes, then serve hot.
