A delicious brioche stuffing perfect for Thanksgiving.
Ingredients

- 1 loaf brioche, cubed
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 celery stalks, diced
- 2 cups vegetable broth
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet, sauté onion and celery until soft.
- Add the cubed brioche to the skillet.
- Pour in the vegetable broth and mix well.
- Add cranberries, walnuts, parsley, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Transfer mixture to a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
Notes
- Use stale brioche for better texture.
- Add cooked sausage for extra flavor.
- Make ahead and refrigerate overnight.
