Ingredients

- 500g all-purpose flour
- 100g sugar
- 10g salt
- 10g instant yeast
- 4 large eggs
- 250g unsalted butter, softened
- 120ml milk
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, salt, and yeast.
- Add eggs and milk, mix until combined.
- Gradually incorporate the butter, knead until smooth.
- Let the dough rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
- Shape the dough into buns and place on a baking sheet.
- Let the buns rise for another 30 minutes.
- Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 20-25 minutes.
- Cool before serving.
Notes
- Use fresh yeast for best results.
- Store leftover buns in an airtight container.
- These buns can be frozen for later use.
