A creamy and flavorful twist on classic deviled eggs with brie cheese and fresh herbs.
Ingredients

- 6 large eggs
- 1/4 cup brie cheese, softened
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Hard boil the eggs, then cool them in ice water.
- Peel the eggs and slice them in half lengthwise.
- Remove the yolks and place them in a bowl.
- Add brie cheese, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, chives, parsley, salt, and pepper to the yolks.
- Mash the mixture until smooth and creamy.
- Fill the egg whites with the yolk mixture.
- Garnish with extra herbs if desired.
Notes
- Use room temperature eggs for easier peeling.
- Feel free to substitute other herbs as desired.
- Can be made a few hours in advance and refrigerated.
