Description

A creamy and flavorful twist on classic deviled eggs with brie cheese and fresh herbs.


Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup brie cheese, softened
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Hard boil the eggs, then cool them in ice water.
  2. Peel the eggs and slice them in half lengthwise.
  3. Remove the yolks and place them in a bowl.
  4. Add brie cheese, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, chives, parsley, salt, and pepper to the yolks.
  5. Mash the mixture until smooth and creamy.
  6. Fill the egg whites with the yolk mixture.
  7. Garnish with extra herbs if desired.

Notes

  • Use room temperature eggs for easier peeling.
  • Feel free to substitute other herbs as desired.
  • Can be made a few hours in advance and refrigerated.
