  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped bell peppers
  • 1/4 cup chopped onions

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix warm milk and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
  2. Add flour, sugar, salt, melted butter, and eggs. Mix until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for 5 minutes.
  4. Place the dough in a greased bowl. Cover and let rise for 1 hour.
  5. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  6. Roll out the dough and cut into squares.
  7. Fill each square with sausage, cheese, bell peppers, and onions.
  8. Roll up each square and place on a baking sheet.
  9. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
