Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 packet active dry yeast
- 3/4 cup warm milk
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup cooked sausage, crumbled
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped bell peppers
- 1/4 cup chopped onions
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix warm milk and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
- Add flour, sugar, salt, melted butter, and eggs. Mix until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for 5 minutes.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl. Cover and let rise for 1 hour.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the dough and cut into squares.
- Fill each square with sausage, cheese, bell peppers, and onions.
- Roll up each square and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
Notes
- Use any cheese of your choice.
- Feel free to add more vegetables.
