- 1 pizza crust
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1/2 cup cooked sausage, crumbled
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Roll out the pizza crust on a baking sheet.
- Sprinkle half of the mozzarella cheese on the crust.
- In a bowl, whisk the eggs with salt and pepper.
- Pour the eggs over the cheese on the pizza.
- Top with bacon, sausage, green onions, and tomatoes.
- Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese on top.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the eggs are set.
- Slice and serve hot.
