Ingredients

  • 1 pizza crust
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup cooked sausage, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza crust on a baking sheet.
  3. Sprinkle half of the mozzarella cheese on the crust.
  4. In a bowl, whisk the eggs with salt and pepper.
  5. Pour the eggs over the cheese on the pizza.
  6. Top with bacon, sausage, green onions, and tomatoes.
  7. Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese on top.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the eggs are set.
  9. Slice and serve hot.
