- 1 pre-made pizza crust
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the pizza crust on a baking sheet.
- Spread the mozzarella cheese evenly over the crust.
- In a bowl, beat the eggs and season with salt and pepper.
- Pour the beaten eggs over the cheese.
- Top with sausage, bell peppers, and green onions.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until the eggs are set and the crust is golden.
- Slice and serve hot.
Notes
- You can substitute sausage with bacon or ham.
- Add any other vegetables you like.
- For a spicy kick, add jalapeños.
