Ingredients

- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts
- 1/2 cup dried fruit
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix oats, milk, honey, and coconut oil.
- Add baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. Stir to combine.
- Fold in nuts and dried fruit.
- Pour the mixture into a lined muffin tin.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool before serving.

- Store in an airtight container.
- Can be frozen for later use.
- Substitute honey with maple syrup for a vegan option.
