Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add onion and garlic, sauté until soft.

  4. Stir in chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
  5. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  6. Make wells in the chili and crack an egg into each well.
  7. Cover and cook until eggs are set.
  8. Garnish with cilantro before serving.
