A delicious breakfast casserole made with crescent rolls.
Ingredients

- 1 can of crescent rolls
- 6 eggs
- 1 cup of milk
- 1 cup of shredded cheese
- 1 cup of diced ham
- 1/2 cup of chopped bell peppers
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Unroll the crescent rolls and spread them in a greased baking dish.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs and milk.
- Add cheese, ham, bell peppers, salt, and pepper to the egg mixture.
- Pour the mixture over the crescent rolls.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the eggs are set and the top is golden.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- Feel free to substitute ham with bacon or sausage.
- You can add more vegetables as per your preference.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
