- 1 package of refrigerated biscuit dough
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 cup cooked sausage, crumbled
- 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
- 1/4 cup diced onions
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, whisk the eggs and season with salt and pepper.
- In a skillet, cook the onions and bell peppers until soft.
- Add the crumbled sausage and cooked vegetables to the eggs and mix well.
- Open the biscuit dough and flatten each biscuit.
- Place a spoonful of the egg mixture in the center of each biscuit.
- Fold the dough over the filling and pinch to seal.
- Place the bombs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
