Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F.
  2. Season pork chops with salt and pepper.
  3. Dip each chop in flour, then egg, and finally breadcrumbs.
  4. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  5. Brown pork chops on both sides, about 3-4 minutes each.
