Ingredients

- 4 pork chops
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup flour
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 2 cups beef broth
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F.
- Season pork chops with salt and pepper.
- Dip each chop in flour, then egg, and finally breadcrumbs.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Brown pork chops on both sides, about 3-4 minutes each.
- Transfer chops to a baking dish and bake for 20 minutes.
- In the same skillet, add beef broth and Worcestershire sauce.
- Mix cornstarch with a little water and add to the broth.
- Stir until gravy thickens.
- Serve pork chops topped with gravy.
Notes
- Use bone-in chops for more flavor.
- Adjust seasoning based on your preference.
- Serve with mashed potatoes or rice.
