Ingredients

- 2 cups grated carrots
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup chocolate sprinkles for topping
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a blender, blend carrots, sugar, oil, and eggs until smooth.
- In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients.
- Pour the batter into a greased cake pan.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let the cake cool, then top with chocolate icing and sprinkles.
