Ingredients

- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup whole milk
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup brandied cherries, chopped
- 1 cup chocolate chunks
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together heavy cream, whole milk, and sugar until dissolved.
- Add vanilla extract and mix well.
- Stir in brandied cherries and chocolate chunks.
- Pour mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to manufacturer’s instructions.
- Transfer to a container and freeze for at least 4 hours.
Notes
- Use fresh or jarred brandied cherries.
- For a smoother texture, allow ice cream to soften for a few minutes before serving.
