Delicious bowtie pasta coated in a creamy Velveeta beef sauce.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz bowtie pasta
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup Velveeta cheese, cubed
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook bowtie pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add beef broth, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Stir to combine.
  4. Reduce heat and add Velveeta cheese. Stir until melted and smooth.
  5. Combine cooked pasta with the creamy beef sauce. Mix well.
  6. Serve warm.
