- 8 oz bowtie pasta
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup Velveeta cheese, cubed
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook bowtie pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
- Add beef broth, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Stir to combine.
- Reduce heat and add Velveeta cheese. Stir until melted and smooth.
- Combine cooked pasta with the creamy beef sauce. Mix well.
- Serve warm.

- For extra flavor, add diced onions or bell peppers to the beef while cooking.
