Ingredients

- 12 oz bow tie pasta
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup cucumber, diced
- 1/2 cup red onion, diced
- 1/2 cup black olives, sliced
- 1/2 cup mozzarella balls
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
- 1/3 cup Italian dressing
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the bow tie pasta according to package instructions.
- Drain and rinse under cold water.
- In a large bowl, combine the pasta, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, black olives, mozzarella, and basil.
- Drizzle with Italian dressing and toss to combine.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.

- Feel free to add grilled chicken for extra protein.
