 - 1 package (5.2 oz) boursin cheese
 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
 - 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
 - 2 cups spinach
 - 2 tbsp olive oil
 - Salt and pepper to taste
 
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions.
 - In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
 - Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
 - Add cherry tomatoes and cook until softened.
 - Stir in spinach and cook until wilted.
 - Add boursin cheese and stir until melted.
 - Combine pasta with the sauce and mix well.
 - Season with salt and pepper.
