Ingredients

- Boursin cheese: 150 grams (any flavor you prefer)
- Garlic: 3 cloves, minced
- Olive oil: 2 tablespoons
- Cherry tomatoes: 250 grams, halved
- Fresh spinach: 150 grams
- Salt: to taste
- Pepper: to taste
- Grated Parmesan cheese: for serving (optional)
Instructions
- Gather all your ingredients.
- Cook the pasta in salted boiling water according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water before draining.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
- Add halved cherry tomatoes to the skillet and cook until softened.
