Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium heat.
- In a bowl, mix bourbon, peach preserves, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, and olive oil.
- Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
- Brush the bourbon peach mixture over the salmon.
- Place salmon on the grill skin-side down.
- Grill for 5-7 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
- Brush with more glaze while grilling if desired.
- Remove from grill and serve hot.
