Delicious mini cheesecakes infused with Baileys.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup Baileys Irish Cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 12 mini graham cracker crusts

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  3. Add Baileys and vanilla extract; mix well.
  4. Fold in whipped cream gently.
  5. Fill each graham cracker crust with the mixture.
  6. Bake for 15 minutes, then cool.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
