Delicious mini cheesecakes infused with Baileys.
Ingredients

- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup Baileys Irish Cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 12 mini graham cracker crusts
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Add Baileys and vanilla extract; mix well.
- Fold in whipped cream gently.
- Fill each graham cracker crust with the mixture.
- Bake for 15 minutes, then cool.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
Notes
- Use room temperature cream cheese for best results.
- Top with chocolate shavings if desired.
- Store leftovers in the fridge.
