Ingredients

Instructions
- In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, yeast, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk eggs and milk together, then add to the dry ingredients.
- Add melted butter and mix until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough for about 5 minutes until smooth.
- Cover the bowl with a cloth and let it rise for 1 hour.
- After rising, roll the dough into small balls.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry the dough balls until golden brown.
- Drain on paper towels and let cool.
- Fill with your choice of cream or jam.
- Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
