Description
A simple and healthy twist on traditional deviled eggs using avocado.
Ingredients
																
							Scale
													
									
			- 4 large eggs
 - 1 ripe avocado
 - 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
 - 1 teaspoon mustard
 - 1 tablespoon lemon juice
 - Salt and pepper to taste
 - Chili powder for garnish
 
Instructions
- Boil the eggs for 10 minutes.
 - Cool the eggs in ice water and peel them.
 - Cut the eggs in half and remove the yolks.
 - In a bowl, mash the yolks with avocado, mayonnaise, mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
 - Spoon the mixture back into the egg whites.
 - Sprinkle with chili powder before serving.
