A refreshing pasta salad with bog mac flavor.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz. pasta
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup cucumber, diced
  • 1/2 cup red onion, diced
  • 1/2 cup olives, sliced
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions.
  2. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  3. In a large bowl, combine pasta, tomatoes, cucumber, onion, and olives.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together olive oil, vinegar, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  5. Pour the dressing over the pasta salad and toss to combine.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
