Ingredients

  • 1 package ranch dressing mix (1 oz)
  • 1 cup sour cream

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and sour cream.
  2. Add the ranch dressing mix and mix well.
  3. Stir in the Rotel tomatoes.
  4. Fold in the shredded cheddar cheese.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
