Ingredients

  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups fresh blueberries
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease and flour a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  3. In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  4. In another bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  5. Add eggs and vanilla to the butter mixture and mix well.
  6. Alternate adding the flour mixture and sour cream to the butter mixture, starting and ending with flour.
  7. Gently fold in blueberries.
  8. Pour the batter into the prepared dish.
  9. Mix brown sugar and cinnamon, then sprinkle over the batter.
  10. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  11. Let it cool before serving.
