A refreshing and fruity dessert made with blueberries.
Ingredients
Scale
- 2 cups fresh blueberries
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 cup water
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
- Combine blueberries, sugar, and water in a saucepan.
- Cook over medium heat until blueberries burst, about 10 minutes.
- Remove from heat and stir in lemon juice.
- Let the mixture cool, then blend until smooth.
- Pour into a container and freeze for at least 4 hours.
- Scoop and serve.

- Use fresh or frozen blueberries.
- Adjust sugar to taste.
- Serve with mint leaves for garnish.
