Blueberry lavender lemonade is a refreshing drink perfect for summer.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/4 cup lavender syrup
  • 1 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 4 cups cold water
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, combine blueberries and 1 cup of water. Cook over medium heat until blueberries burst.
  2. Strain the mixture to remove solids, leaving a blueberry juice.
  3. In a pitcher, mix the blueberry juice, lavender syrup, and lemon juice.
  4. Add 4 cups of cold water to the pitcher and stir well.
  5. Serve over ice cubes and garnish with additional blueberries and lavender if desired.

Notes

  • Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less lavender syrup.
  • Store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
