Ingredients

- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix cottage cheese and eggs until smooth.
- Add almond flour, baking powder, and salt to the mixture.
- Gently fold in blueberries.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking pan.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let it cool before slicing and serving.

- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
