Ingredients

  • 6 croissants, torn into pieces
  • 2 cups blueberries, fresh or frozen
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a baking dish with butter or cooking spray.
  3. Place the torn croissants in the baking dish.
  4. Sprinkle blueberries over the croissants.
  5. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt.
  6. Pour the egg mixture over the croissants and blueberries.
  7. Allow it to soak for 15 minutes.
  8. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
