- 6 croissants, torn into pieces
- 2 cups blueberries, fresh or frozen
- 4 large eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a baking dish with butter or cooking spray.
- Place the torn croissants in the baking dish.
- Sprinkle blueberries over the croissants.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt.
- Pour the egg mixture over the croissants and blueberries.
- Allow it to soak for 15 minutes.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- Use stale croissants for better texture.
- Substitute other berries if desired.
- Can be made ahead and refrigerated overnight.
