- 1/4 cup sugar

- 10 egg roll wrappers

Instructions
- In a bowl, mix blueberries, cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla.
- Place a spoonful of the mixture on an egg roll wrapper.
- Fold the wrapper and seal the edges with water.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Fry the egg rolls until golden brown.
- Drain on paper towels before serving.
