A delicious blueberry cheesecake crumb cake that combines creamy cheesecake and juicy blueberries with a crumbly topping.

- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup blueberries, fresh or frozen
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, and baking powder.
- Add melted butter and mix until crumbly.
- Press half of the mixture into the bottom of a greased baking dish.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, egg, vanilla, and salt until smooth.
- Spread the cheesecake mixture over the crust.
- Top with blueberries and sprinkle remaining crumb mixture on top.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool before serving.
