A creamy and tangy twist on classic deviled eggs using blue cheese.
Ingredients

- 6 large eggs
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons blue cheese, crumbled
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Hard boil the eggs and let them cool.
- Peel the eggs and cut them in half lengthwise.
- Remove the yolks and place them in a bowl.
- Add mayonnaise, blue cheese, mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to the yolks.
- Mash the mixture until smooth and well combined.
- Spoon or pipe the mixture back into the egg whites.
- Garnish with additional blue cheese if desired.
