Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a pie pan to form the crust.
  4. In a blender, combine sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice, lemon zest, and eggs.
  5. Blend until smooth.
  6. Pour the filling into the prepared crust.
  7. Bake for 20 minutes.
  8. Let it cool before serving.
