Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest
  • Powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Mix well.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a pie pan to form a crust.
  4. Bake the crust for 8-10 minutes until golden. Remove from oven and let cool.
  5. In a blender, combine lemon juice, sweetened condensed milk, eggs, and lemon zest. Blend until smooth.
  6. Pour the lemon filling into the cooled crust.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes until set. Remove from oven and cool.
  8. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
  9. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
