Description

A delicious blend of cinnamon rolls and cheesecake in bar form, made easily in a blender.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cinnamon roll dough
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  3. Blend cream cheese, sugar, eggs, vanilla, sour cream, and cinnamon until smooth.
  4. Spread half of the cinnamon roll dough in the bottom of the baking dish.
  5. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the dough.
  6. Top with the remaining cinnamon roll dough.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until set.
  8. Cool before cutting into bars.
