Description
A delicious blend of cinnamon rolls and cheesecake in bar form, made easily in a blender.
Ingredients

- 2 cups cinnamon roll dough
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Blend cream cheese, sugar, eggs, vanilla, sour cream, and cinnamon until smooth.
- Spread half of the cinnamon roll dough in the bottom of the baking dish.
- Pour the cheesecake mixture over the dough.
- Top with the remaining cinnamon roll dough.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until set.
- Cool before cutting into bars.
Notes
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
- Can be served warm or cold.
- Drizzle with icing for extra sweetness.
