Description
A simple and quick chicken stir fry made on a Blackstone griddle.
Ingredients

- 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, carrots)
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon ginger powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the Blackstone griddle over medium-high heat.
- Add olive oil to the griddle.
- Add sliced chicken and cook until browned.
- Stir in mixed vegetables and cook until tender.
- Add soy sauce, garlic powder, and ginger powder.
- Mix everything well and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Notes
- Feel free to add your favorite vegetables.
- Adjust soy sauce to taste for a saltier flavor.
- Serve with rice or noodles if desired.
