Ingredients

- 2 cups cream cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup blackberries
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
- In a separate bowl, blend cream cheese, sour cream, and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Add vanilla extract and blackberries, and mix gently.
- Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust.
- Bake for 50 minutes or until set.
- Let it cool before refrigerating for at least 4 hours.
Notes
- Serve with extra blackberries on top.
- For a sweeter taste, adjust the sugar to your preference.
- Can be made a day in advance for better flavor.
