Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

  3. In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
  4. Add buttermilk, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix until combined.
  5. Pour in boiling water and mix until smooth.
