Description
A delicious black forest swiss roll filled with chocolate and cherries.
Ingredients

- 4 large eggs
- 100g granulated sugar
- 75g all-purpose flour
- 25g cocoa powder
- 100g whipped cream
- 200g cherries, pitted
- 50g dark chocolate, grated
- Powdered sugar for dusting
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Beat eggs and sugar until pale and fluffy.
- Sift in flour and cocoa powder, fold gently.
- Pour batter into a lined baking tray, spread evenly.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until springy.
- Remove from oven and turn onto a clean towel.
- Roll the cake with the towel and let it cool.
- Whip the cream and fold in cherries.
- Unroll the cooled cake, spread cream mixture, and sprinkle chocolate.
- Roll the cake again, dust with powdered sugar.
Notes
- Use fresh or canned cherries.
- Chill the whipped cream before using.
- Store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
